Doilene Graham
Office Manager

Doilene has been in the dental field for 24 years. She started with Hospitality Dental Associates in our San Bernardino office as a treatment coordinator in 1985. She was promoted to Office Manager for our Rancho Cucamonga office in 1987.

Doilene enjoys entertaining and spending time with her family.

Tia Dennis, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Dennis received her B.A. from Pomona College in Claremont , CA in 2000. She then traveled to the Bay area and received her D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco , CA . Dr. Dennis is now back home in Southern California and loves practicing Dentistry.

Dr. Dennis enjoys jogging, dancing and learning how to cook.

Daniel Rivera, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Rivera graduated from Loma Linda University in 1999 and Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2005.

He enjoys all kinds of music and sports, especially baseball and martial arts.

B. Dale Bernstine, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Bernstine was born and raised in the San Francisco bay area. Dr. Bernstine received his B.A. in Biology from the nearby University of the Pacific in 1977. His Doctor of Dental Surgery degree was attained at U.C.L.A. in 1981. Treating patients in the manner he would want to be treated is his ongoing goal.

Married for 25 years, Dr. Bernstine and his wife have six children. He is an active member of the music ministry at his church and loves sports, jazz music, and home remodeling as favorite pastimes. Dentistry is Dr. Bernstine's ministry.

Terri Neufeld, D.D.S., M.S.
Orthodontist

Dr. Neufeld received her DDS Degree in 1991 from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. In 1995, she received her Masters Degree in Orthodontics from Loma Linda University. She joined Hospitality Dental Associates in November 2003 to care for our patients with Orthodontic needs.

Dr. Neufeld enjoys riding ATVs, snow skiing, snow boarding, and water skiing with her husband and son.

Denise Morris, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Denise entered the dental field with R.O.P. in high school. She was an assistant from 1972-1981. Denise graduated from Cypress College in Hygiene in 1981. She started with Hospitality Dental Associates in Rancho Cucamonga in 1989.

Denise loves camping at the beach and riding wave runners at Lake Tahoe with her husband and two sons. She is involved in Rancho Cucamonga youth athletics.

Colleen Mortimer, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Colleen graduated from Pasadena City College Dental Hygiene program in 1995. She has worked for Hospitality Dental Associates in the Rancho Cucamonga office since 1996.

Colleen has 3 children and has lived in Rancho Cucamonga for 20 years. She has recently become an owner of a quarter horse and enjoys riding on weekends.
