Stacy Valdez
District Manager
Stacy has been with Hospitality Dental Associates over 18 years holding various positions in many of our locations. As a dedicated team member, Stacy is always prepared to take on any challenge that comes her way and she helps motivate her team members to do the same.
When Stacy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter at the beach, the mountains, and any of the other activities in Southern California.

Tina Florez
Assistant Manager
Tina has been with Hospitality Dental for 15 years. She started in our Central Department and quickly moved up to assisting with Dr. Cutting and many others. She has mentored and supervised our back office staff while assisting and ordering for our office. Tina has been a positive role model to her fellow employees and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2000. Tina is also the proud recipient of the 2002 Barbara Knight Award.
Her interests include spending time with her family and going camping.

Stanley Trammell, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Trammell graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Dentistry in 1981. After seven years in private
practice, Dr. Trammell joined Hospitality Dental Associates.
Dr. Trammell is a jazz enthusiast and also loves to travel.

Amy Chong, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Chong graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1997 and began practicing dentistry in Oregon.
After working in Oregon for about a year, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates in 1998. Dr. Chong works in the
San Bernardino office with our pediatric patients.
Dr. Chong is involved in music and children's ministry at church. Her hobbies and interests
include reading, traveling, and spending time with her son.

Tuan Pham, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Pham earned his B.S. Degree from
University of California, Los Angeles in 1999 and his D.D.S. from University of California, San Francisco in
2005. Dental Externships at Del Norte Family Dental Clinic in Chico, CA with focuses on Pediatric Dentistry
and Oral Surgery and Asian Health Services Dental Clinic in Oakland, CA focusing on Geriatric Dentistry.
Dr. Pham's hobbies and interests include camping, fishing, basketball, tennis,
and an occasional game of poker.

Karin Hatami, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Hatami graduated with a B.S. Degree in Biology from the University of San Francisco in 1988. She received her D.D.S. in 1992 from the University of the Pacific where she graduated Cum Laude. After ten years in private practice, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates in June of 2002. She is excited to return to Hospitality Dental after a 2˝ year absence to stay home with her children.
Dr. Hatami was born and raised in Germany. She is married and her husband is an Endodontist and an Associate Professor at Loma Linda University. They have two children, a boy and a girl.

Jared Lee, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Lee is a graduate of Loma
Linda University School of Dentistry. He has worked as a
dentist in Riverside and La Quinta, as well as doing charity
work in Mexico, China, and in the country of Kiribati. Dr. Lee
hopes that by educating the patient and working hand in hand
with them, he can provide a healthy smile for all who come
through our doors. With every patient, he takes time to
discuss goals, concerns, and solutions so that every patient
might walk out our office with the knowledge that their mouth
is in good hands.
Away from the office, Dr. Lee makes
it a point to attend continuing education courses to stay on
top of the latest technology, procedures, and trends in
dentistry so that he can bring his patients the best that the
field of dentistry has to offer.
Dr. Lee is bi-lingual in Spanish and
English and has spent a few years living in South America in
Northern Peru. He still enjoys traveling with his wife and
getting to know various places around the world but after all
the traveling is done he always loves to return to the Inland
Empire, the place he calls home.

Ron Atanay, D.D.S.
Dentist
Dr. Atanay was born in Los Angeles and grew up in La Habra, in Orange County. He graduated
from UCLA Dental School in 1982.
He has been involved in Youth Sports for 40 years, serving as La Habra City Community Service
Commissioner and as Orange County Pop Warner Commissioner.
Dr. Atanay has lived in Apple Valley for the last 8 years. He has a daughter attending
college, studying Health Services.

Jady Chiakowsky, D.D.S., M.S.
Orthodontist
Dr. Chiakowsky attended Loma Linda University and graduated with his DDS in 1989 and his Masters Degree in Orthodontics in 1992. He was in private practice for 15 years in Northern California and is proud to join the Hospitality Team.
Dr. Chiakowsky enjoys hockey, golf, and snow skiing with his wife and 2 children.

Louise Coy, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist
Louise is a 1972 Loma Linda University graduate. She joined Hospitality Dental Associates 12 years ago and has a large following of patients.
She is married and has one daughter. Her interests include horticulture, interior design, cooking, pets and spending time with family and friends.

Heather Dunham, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist
Heather is a 1998 graduate of Loma Linda University. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene and is completing a Masters Degree in Public Health. She joined Hospitality Dental Associates in 1999.
Her interests include traveling, reading and watching movies.

Veronica Nieto, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist
Veronica graduated from Loma Linda University in 1999. She has been practicing dental hygiene ever since, and joined Hospitality Dental Associates in February 2000. Veronica was voted and is the proud recipient of Hospitality Dental Associates' 2003 Hygienist of the Year Award.
Her interests include running, mountain biking, shopping, and spending time with her husband.

Dental Hygienist
Jerica graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1993 and began her career in Dental Hygiene. She completed her Masters Degree in Health Education in 1996 from Illinois State University. In February 1999, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates.
Jerica is married and enjoys hiking and mountain biking.

Amy graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She did her undergraduate work at Cal State San Bernardino.
She enjoys shopping, going to the beach, bowling, and working on the weekends at Glen Helen Raceway where she has worked for 8+ years.

Geralyn Rappaport, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist
Geralyn graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2005. Before becoming a Hygienist, she previously worked at Hospitality Dental Group as a Dental Assistant since 1999.
Geralyn is married and has 2 children, both boys. She enjoys spending time with her sons and husband. Her main hobby is making her new home beautiful.
