Stacy Valdez
District Manager

Stacy has been with Hospitality Dental Associates over 18 years holding various positions in many of our locations. As a dedicated team member, Stacy is always prepared to take on any challenge that comes her way and she helps motivate her team members to do the same.

When Stacy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter at the beach, the mountains, and any of the other activities in Southern California.

Tina Florez
Assistant Manager

Tina has been with Hospitality Dental for 15 years. She started in our Central Department and quickly moved up to assisting with Dr. Cutting and many others. She has mentored and supervised our back office staff while assisting and ordering for our office. Tina has been a positive role model to her fellow employees and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2000. Tina is also the proud recipient of the 2002 Barbara Knight Award.

Her interests include spending time with her family and going camping.

B. Dale Bernstine, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Bernstine was born and raised in the San Francisco bay area. Dr. Bernstine received his B.A. in Biology from the nearby University of the Pacific in 1977. His Doctor of Dental Surgery degree was attained at U.C.L.A. in 1981. Treating patients in the manner he would want to be treated is his ongoing goal.

Married for 25 years, Dr. Bernstine and his wife have six children. He is an active member of the music ministry at his church and loves sports, jazz music, and home remodeling as favorite pastimes. Dentistry is Dr. Bernstine's ministry.

Jerica Block, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Jerica graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1993 and began her career in Dental Hygiene. She completed her Masters Degree in Health Education in 1996 from Illinois State University. In February 1999, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates.

Jerica is married and enjoys hiking and mountain biking.

Jady Chiakowsky, D.D.S.
Orthodontist

Dr. Chiakowsky attended Loma Linda University and graduated with his DDS in 1989 and his Masters Degree in Orthodontics in 1992. He was in private practice for 15 years in Northern California and is proud to join the Hospitality Team.

Dr. Chiakowsky enjoys hockey, golf, and snow skiing with his wife and 2 children.

Amy Chong, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Chong graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1997 and began practicing dentistry in Oregon. In 1998, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates. Dr. Chong works in the San Bernardino office with our pediatric patients.

Dr. Chong's husband is also a dentist and together they enjoy fishing and skiing.

Louise Coy, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Louise is a 1972 Loma Linda University graduate. She joined Hospitality Dental Associates 12 years ago and has a large following of patients.

She is married and has one daughter. Her interests include horticulture, interior design, cooking, pets and spending time with family and friends.

Heather Dunham, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Heather is a 1998 graduate of Loma Linda University. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene and is completing a Masters Degree in Public Health. She joined Hospitality Dental Associates in 1999.

Her interests include traveling, reading and watching movies.

Amy Ferrence, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Amy graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She did her undergraduate work at Cal State San Bernardino.

She enjoys shopping, going to the beach, bowling, and working on the weekends at Glen Helen Raceway where she has worked for 8+ years.

Karin Hatami, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Hatami graduated with a B.S. Degree in Biology from the University of San Francisco in 1988. She received her D.D.S. in 1992 from the University of the Pacific where she graduated Cum Laude. After ten years in private practice, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates in June of 2002. She is excited to return to Hospitality Dental after a 2½ year absence to stay home with her children.

Dr. Hatami was born and raised in Germany. She is married and her husband is an Endodontist and an Associate Professor at Loma Linda University. They have two children, a boy and a girl.

Jose Martorell, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Martorell is our San Bernardino office’s Implant Specialist. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and is involved in community and international mission service.

Dr. Martorell is married and has two children. He enjoys playing music and the outdoors.

Veronica Nieto, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Veronica graduated from Loma Linda University in 1999. She has been practicing dental hygiene ever since, and joined Hospitality Dental Associates in February 2000. Veronica was voted and is the proud recipient of Hospitality Dental Associates' 2003 Hygienist of the Year Award.

Her interests include running, mountain biking, shopping, and spending time with her husband.

Tuan Pham, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Pham earned his B.S. Degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 1999 and his D.D.S. from University of California, San Francisco in 2005. Dental Externships at Del Norte Family Dental Clinic in Chico, CA with focuses on Pediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery and Asian Health Services Dental Clinic in Oakland, CA focusing on Deriatric Dentistry.

Dr. Pham's hobbies and interests include camping, fishing, basketball, tennis, and an occasional game of poker.

Geralyn Rappaport, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Geralyn graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2005. Before becoming a Hygienist, she previously worked at Hospitality Dental Group as a Dental Assistant since 1999.

Geralyn is married and has 2 children, both boys. She enjoys spending time with her sons and husband. Her main hobby is making her new home beautiful.

Stanley Trammell, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Trammell graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Dentistry in 1981. After seven years in private practice, Dr. Trammell joined Hospitality Dental Associates.

Dr. Trammell is a jazz enthusiast and also loves to travel.
