Rachel Mendoza
Office Manager

Rachel has been in the dental field for over 13 years. She has worked in general dentistry as well as specialties such as oral surgery and endodontics. She has been with Hospitality Dental Associates since 2008. She is a Registered Dental Assistant that started out as a back office assistant in the Victorville location. In 2011, she was promoted to Lead Assistant and was responsible for ensuring our patients received the best possible care during their visit. She is looking forward to continuing her career with Hospitality Dental.
Rachel enjoys spending her free time with her two young children and family. She enjoys listening to music, drawing, and going to museums.

Ron Atanay, D.D.S.
Dentist

Dr. Atanay was born in Los Angeles and grew up in La Habra, in Orange County. He graduated from UCLA Dental School in 1982.
He has been involved in Youth Sports for 40 years, serving as La Habra City Community Service Commissioner and as Orange County Pop Warner Commissioner.
Dr. Atanay has lived in Apple Valley for the last 8 years. He has a daughter attending college, studying Health Services.

Lori Neff, R.D.H.
Dental Hygienist

Lori Neff attended San Joaquin Valley College and completed an associate's degree in Dental Hygiene. Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, she was a Registered Dental Assistant for five years working in general dentistry (specializing in oral surgery), periodontics, and orthodontics. Lori enjoys working with her patients to educate them about their oral health. She ensures that every patient receives the best quality care with the most gentle and comfortable treatment possible.
In her time off, she enjoys going to concerts with her friends and spending time with her family.
