Stacy has been with Hospitality Dental Associates over 27 years holding various positions in many of our locations. As a dedicated team member, Stacy is always prepared to take on any challenge that comes her way and she helps motivate her team members to do the same. When Stacy is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter at the beach, the mountains, and any of the other activities in Southern California.
Tina has been with Hospitality Dental for 26 years. She started in our Central Department and quickly moved up to assisting with Dr. Cutting and many others. She has mentored and supervised our back office staff while assisting and ordering for our office. Tina has been a positive role model to her fellow employees and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2000. Tina is also the proud recipient of the 2002 Barbara Knight Award.
Her interests include spending time with her family and going to the river. She has 6 grand kids and enjoys spending lots of time with them.
Stanley Trammell, D.D.S.
San Bernardino CA Dentist – Dr. Trammell graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Dentistry in 1981. After seven years in private practice, Dr. Trammell joined Hospitality Dental Associates and has been a dentist in our San Bernardino location ever since.
Dr. Trammell is a jazz enthusiast and also loves to travel.
Amy Chong, D.D.S.
San Bernardino CA Dentist – Dr. Chong graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1997 and began practicing dentistry in Oregon. After working in Oregon for about a year, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates in 1998. Dr. Chong is our dentist in the San Bernardino office with our pediatric patients.
Dr. Chong is involved in music and children’s ministry at church. Her hobbies and interests include reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Tuan Pham, D.D.S.
San Bernardino CA Dentist – Dr. Pham earned his B.S. Degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 1999 and his D.D.S. from University of California, San Francisco in 2005. Dental Externships at Del Norte Family Dental Clinic in Chico, CA with focuses on Pediatric Dentistry and Oral Surgery and Asian Health Services Dental Clinic in Oakland, CA focusing on Geriatric Dentistry.
Dr. Pham’s hobbies and interests include camping, fishing, basketball, tennis, and an occasional game of poker.
Jady Chiakowsky, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Chiakowsky attended Loma Linda University and graduated with his DDS in 1989 and his Masters Degree in Orthodontics in 1992. Before joining the Hospitality Team in 2008, he was in private practice in Northern California for 15 years.
Professionally he has been the recipient of several honors and awards. He has served on numerous committees and has been a speaker/lecturer while being active in Dental Study Clubs. He maintains membership in multiple Dental and Orthodontic Associations.
While using the most current techniques and appliances, Dr. Chiakowsky strives to provide quality Orthodontic service and his approach to treatment varies with each individual’s personal needs and goals.
He enjoys hockey, golf, and snow skiing with his wife and 2 children.
Louise Coy, R.D.H.
Louise is a 1972 Loma Linda University graduate. She joined Hospitality Dental Associates in 1988 and has a large following of patients.
She is married and has one daughter. Her interests include horticulture, interior design, cooking, pets and spending time with family and friends.
Heather Dunham, R.D.H.
Heather is a 1998 graduate of Loma Linda University. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and is completing a Masters Degree in Public Health. She joined Hospitality Dental Associates in 1999.
Her interests include traveling, reading and watching movies.
Veronica Nieto, R.D.H.
Veronica graduated from Loma Linda University in 1999. She has been practicing dental hygiene ever since, and joined
Hospitality Dental Associates in February 2000. Veronica was voted and is the proud recipient of Hospitality Dental Associates’ 2003 Hygienist of the Year Award.
Her interests include running, mountain biking, shopping, and spending time with her husband.
Jerica Block, R.D.H.
Jerica graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1993 and began her career in Dental Hygiene. She completed her Masters Degree in Health Education in 1996 from Illinois State University. In February 1999, she joined Hospitality Dental Associates.
Jerica is married and enjoys hiking and mountain biking.
Amy Ferrence, R.D.H.
Amy graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She did her undergraduate work at Cal State San Bernardino.
She enjoys shopping, going to the beach, bowling, and working on the weekends at Glen Helen Raceway where she has worked for 8+ years.
Geralyn Rappaport, R.D.H.
Geralyn graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2005. Before becoming a Hygienist, she previously worked at Hospitality Dental Group as a Dental Assistant since 1999.
Geralyn is married and has 2 children, both boys. She enjoys spending time with her sons and husband. Her main hobby is making her new home beautiful.
Cecilia Hernandez, R.D.H.
Cecilia graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2008. She started with Hospitality Dental Associates in February 1998 as Dr. Trammell’s assistant, left in 2006 to finish school and returned in June 2008 as Dental Hygienist. Cecilia is married and has a baby girl. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching Lakers games, USC Football, and WWE Wrestling. Her main hobby is reading and and is obsessed with Real Housewives.

Dr. Jung received the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Jung loves practicing dentistry and treats her patients with compassionate heart, skills, and gentle touch to improve and restore their oral health. As your doctor, she will tailor a treatment plan specific to your individual needs and wants by helping you achieve excellent oral health and beautiful smiles you deserve. When she is not in the office, Dr. Jung teaches dental students as an assistant professor in the Dental Clinic of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, listening to music, and reading books.
