Debbie Bottroff

Regional Manager, Lower Desert

Debbie Bottroff has been an employee with Hospitality Dental Associates for over 20 years. Starting as the receptionist for the Rancho Mirage facility, Debbie was later promoted to treatment coordinator. Because of her hard work and dedication, Debbie became office manager of the Rancho Mirage facility in July, 2001. In October of 2003, Debbie became the Regional Manager and oversees the Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert locations.

Debbie has lived in the desert all her life. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves being a grandmother. She is an animal lover and enjoys listening to music and reading.

Frank Haggard, D.D.S.

Dentist

Dr. Haggard graduated in 1964 from Washington University School of Dentistry in St. Louis. Upon graduation, he served as a dentist in the U.S. Navy during the early years of the Vietnam War. Dr. Haggard was in private practice from 1966 to 1998, and then joined Hospitality Dental Associates. Dr. Haggard's forte is in cosmetic dentistry. The next time you're in the office, ask to see his patient photo album. He was recently featured on the Wellness Hour television show where he talked about his expertise in cosmetic dentistry.

Married over 44 years and the father of three sons, Dr. Haggard's hobbies include flying, golf, fishing and music—he plays saxophone and clarinet.

Richard Schaffner, D.D.S.

Dentist

Dr. Schaffner is a graduate of Loma Linda University and first practiced with Hospitality Dental Group in 1991 in Rancho Mirage. He has also been associated with HDG in Riverside and San Bernardino, and been in private practice in Redlands.

He is an avid bicyclist and singer, having sung with Inland Master Chorale in Redlands for 25 years and for 3 years with Los Angeles Master Chorale. He is a frequent soloist at church and with local orchestras and choirs. His favorite recreation after biking is "working" on his tractor.

Jady Chiakowsky, D.D.S., M.S.

Orthodontist

Dr. Chiakowsky attended Loma Linda University and graduated with his DDS in 1989 and his Masters Degree in Orthodontics in 1992. Before joining the Hospitality Team in 2008, he was in private practice in Northern California for 15 years.

Professionally he has been the recipient of several honors and awards. He has served on numerous committees and has been a speaker/lecturer while being active in Dental Study Clubs. He maintains membership in multiple Dental and Orthodontic Associations.

While using the most current techniques and appliances, Dr. Chiakowsky strives to provide quality Orthodontic service and his approach to treatment varies with each individual's personal needs and goals.

He enjoys hockey, golf, and snow skiing with his wife and 2 children.

Liliana Gutierrez, R.D.H.

Dental Hygienist

Liliana is a 1998 University of Southern California graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. Liliana joined Hospitality Dental Associates after graduation.

She enjoys tennis and bike riding, and is looking forward to traveling.
