Updated Appointment Confirmation Policy (Oct 2019)

We are excited to announce our new Appointment Confirmation Policy at Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics. This new policy will allow us to better serve our patients by ensuring that appointments are confirmed and slots are opened for patients waiting to see our wonderful dentists and hygienists, if appointments are unconfirmed. 

Here are the key highlights:

• After scheduling your 6-continuing care appointment you will receive both an email and text reminder (if we have both contact information) 14 days before your appointment. This is just a reminder, not a confirmation request. If you need to make changes at this time, contact our dental office.
• 7 days before your upcoming appointment you will receive a confirmation text/email. This is the best time to confirm. You can simply click "Confirm My Appointment" via email or simple respond to the text message by replying with the letter "C"
• If you have not confirmed your appointment 3 days before you will receive an automated phone call message. You can confirm your appointment by simply pressing "1" or if you need to reschedule you will press "2".
• Finally, if you have not confirmed your appointment, our dental office will contact you via phone 48 hours before your visit. We ask that you please return our call by the end of business day to confirm your appointment.

All unconfirmed appointments after this time will be made open and available, so we may better serve our patients that are waiting to see their Dentist and/or Hygienist. Our goal is to provide the high-standards in dental care and to continue to take care of all your dental needs.
