How can I care for my teeth over summer vacation?

Summer is a time for fun and relaxing vacations with friends and family. We want you to enjoy your summer but remember to stick to your healthy oral care habits.

If you are traveling, book an appointment for a checkup or a cleaning before leaving to catch any issues.

While traveling, make sure to pack a toothbrush, purchase a toothpaste tube that is 3 ounces or less to meet Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements.

Sweet treats, ice cream, and an ice-cold lemonade are all an important part of a summer day but don't forget to also make healthy choices. We recommend snacking on some fresh fruit, veggies, and drinking lots of water to keep hydrated.

We hope you have a fun, healthy, and safe summer. Thank you for being valued patients!
